Uses:

Great for creating or restoring lawns. Can be blended with soil to give a nice consistancy and increased drainage. Great for levelling out on floor slabs prior to concrete laying. (Does not make black mortar!!!)

Description:

Out of sand hills on the west coast of Auckland, this is a great multi-use sand and is great value. Many people call this "Black sand" due to its blacky-browny colour as it has a high iron content.
