I would like to congratulate you on the quality of service given by your staff.

Over the last 6 months while doing gardening and landscaping work on our property I have purchased various products from your business and have been consistantly impressed with the quality of goods and service I Have received. Your delivery person was always punctual (or early) and in store and on the phone the service was also exceptional.

Throughout this process I have also dealt with many other trades people and companies and have found a lot of them to be very rough in their approach and their use of language has often offended me. This has never been the case with your staff however, who have been professional and polite at all times. In particualar when starting my landscaping work, I was very much a beginner and often had many questions about products I was ordering. Your staff were always very helpful and informative and accurate in their quantity estimations.

I have no hesitation in recommending your business to friends and in fact I have already informed a neighbour of my satisfaction with your service, as he is currently beginning a gardening project. Thank you for the bark delivery yesterday.

The quality was good, the delivery prompt, and you delivered the full 2 metres we paid for - which is a pleasant change to our previous supplier, who consistently and significantly under-filled our 0.5 cubic meter trailer, and only reluctantly topped up when challenged with a measuring tape showing the trailer dimensions (which we had to do on every occasion).

You will have our business in future, despite the extra delivery cost.
